How It Works

1. Create Account

• Create an account online or via the app and place garments in any open locker

2. Place your Order

• Make an order online, via the app, by scanning the QR code or texting the locker number

3. Receive Notification

• Receive a notification within 48 – 72 hours to find out what locker your clean order is in and the code to open it

4. Pickup 

• Use the locker code sent to you to retrieve your garments

Important Tips!

Any laundry remaining in lockers after three visits by our driver, will be returned to the main plant for customer pickup

Orders placed before 10am on the respective pickup day, will be picked up same-day
